I only collect information that is necessary to provide my dog training services and manage your bookings. This includes:

- Your residential address (for home training sessions).

- Details about your dog's age, breed, and behaviour.

2. How I Collect and Store Information

I collect and manage your information through the following secure methods:

- Telephone and Business Devices: Your phone number and contact details may be stored on my business phone to facilitate direct communication regarding your sessions.

- Facebook Business Suite: If you contact me via social media, your messages and contact profile are managed through Facebook's business platform.

- Square Platform: All client profiles, invoicing addresses, and booking schedules are securely processed and stored on the Square platform.

3. Payment Security

I practice strict data protection regarding financial details. I do not see, store, or retain any credit card or financial account numbers. All payments are processed directly and securely by Square. My access to your data on Square is strictly restricted via my own personal, password-protected logins.

4. Communication Management

I communicate with clients to coordinate bookings, updates, and training plans. I reserve the right to manage, restrict, or terminate communication channels—including blocking users on telephone lines or social media platforms—at my absolute discretion if a business relationship ends, terms are breached, or safety is compromised.

5. Third-Party Sharing

I never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Your data is only shared with the secure service providers necessary to run my business (Square and Facebook) or if strictly required by law.

You have the right to request access to the personal information I hold about you, or to request that I update or correct it.
